However, the protein complexes in yeasts exhibit some peculiarities. It is often observed that the yeasts have fewer protein complexes than the higher eukaryotes. On the other hand, the proportions of complexes with different numbers of proteins vary in a wide range. It is characteristic that in most cases a single complex contains a larger number of proteins than in higher eukaryotes. The proportion of proteins of some complexes is higher in the yeasts than in the higher eukaryotes. A new method to characterize the set of solutions of the two-dimensional convection-convection-diffusion equation in a convex domain is presented. The new method combines convex analysis and numerical methods to obtain the best approximation of the entire set of solutions of the equation in question. A comparison of the new method with the previous results obtained in the literature is also made. The new method is able to generate a large set of approximate solutions of the equation in question that are able to closely approximate all the actual solutions of the equation. The characterization of the set of solutions of the equation in question shows the structure of the set, which represents the dynamics of the process.
